The greater point being the rhetoric that stands in the way of substantive discussion. I am less interested in “What Hamas thinks” and more interested in “What will The Candidate Do?”… specifically, what is their stated policy?

Second, the KKK would endorse any white person against any black person, I’m sure. Disgusting? Yes. But it doesn’t really say anything about McCain the man.

The main reason, I think, it is noteworthy, though is: why would Hamas would support Obama?
It seems to me that Hamas would rather deal with a country that wants to make peace with them, rather than a country that wants to kill them. With Obama, Hamas thinks (true or not) it will be able to do what it has always done, talk out of one side of its mouth, while committing acts of terrorism at the same time. A McCain presidency may not afford them that luxury.

But, all in all, this type of stuff won’t change anyones mind.
